Can I return an item?
We do not have a full refund returns policy, please only order the items you need and please make sure the items are of the correct size. Product returns carry a 20% re-stocking charge for timber products and a 40% re-stocking charge for concrete products. We do not take back cement or postmix.
How do I use a discount code?
Once you are at the check out, please apply the discount code and then click apply- for our Summer 5% discount on our Easy Order Closeboard Panel Kits use Summer5. Only one discount code can be used for each basket.
Easy Order Closeboard Fence Panel Kits
The easy way to order your complete new fence. Please note that Fence bay kits are sold as the maximum height of the fence.
Choose the maximum height of the fence you want to install being the fence panel height plus the gravel board height (eg. 5ft high fence panel and 12" gravel board giving a 6ft high fence). THE PANEL KIT IS THE MAX HEIGHT OF THE FENCE INCLUDING THE GRAVEL BOARD AND FENCE PANEL COMBINED.
